I help busy parents of extremely picky/selective eaters and children with sensory aversions create calmer, happier mealtimes and empower their children to become food explorers!
I'm ready!Imagine this…
Mealtime without the stress, the battles, or the endless negotiations. Instead of frustration, it's a moment of connection—where your child feels safe exploring new foods at their own pace, and you finally feel confident knowing exactly how to support them.
You’ve tried it all—feeding therapy, picky eater hacks, keep offering new foods, and maybe even a little bribery (no judgment!). But nothing seems to stick, and you’re left wondering, Will my child ever eat more than just plain noodles, chicken nuggets, and crackers?
You’re not alone, and you don’t have to figure it out on your own. With the right approach—one that actually respects your child’s unique sensory and feeding needs—mealtimes can be easier, more enjoyable, and yes, even fun.
Let’s make that happen—together. ❤️🍽️
If mealtimes feel like a constant battle, you’re in the right place. In this free, 3-minute mini-training, I’ll show you a game-changing approach to feeding your child—one that takes the pressure off, reduces stress, and actually helps them feel safe exploring new foods (yes, even the ones they’ve refused a hundred times!).

Helping Picky Eaters Thrive & Parents Feel Confident!
I’m Lindsey, a pediatric OT and feeding specialist. I support families struggling with picky eating and sensory sensitivities to build calm, healthy mealtimes. With years of experience in helping families like yours, I’m passionate about empowering parents to navigate feeding challenges with confidence and compassion. Let me show you how to make feeding time less stressful and more enjoyable.Â
More about me!

We worked with Eat Play Love Occupational Therapy for our son's feeding challenges starting as an infant through 1.5 years old. Our OT, Lindsey, was so kind and helpful during our sessions together. Her passion for working with babies and kids is really evident - my son grew to become really comfortable with her and loved getting to play with her after feeding therapy :) Dealing with feeding challenges as a parent is really stressful, but Lindsey's calm demeanor always helped reassure us. I also liked how she provided literature after each visit to help reiterate what we talked about during each session. I would really recommend working with Lindsey and her team for OT services.

We started with OT for our youngest about one year ago and Lindsey has been with our daughter since the beginning. I can’t thank her enough for all the hard work and more than that, the care and love she delivered to our girl every week during the sessions. We set goals at the very first week and at the end of our OT program our daughter met most of them with success.
